How to order and pay?

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (there is a size guide for every item) and the quantity, then click ‘Add to bag’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account or proceed using our guest checkout. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag, you only need to check out once. We ship to the world through a variety of transportation methods and provide DHL or UPS services in selected countries. Please choose your shipping preference for the product you have ordered from, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. Your order will then be shipped directly to you.

Does Kalre ship internationally?

We are proud to say that we ship to (almost) all international destinations.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly offer a full refund on orders from Kalre within 30 days of the ship date.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer.

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Refunds are typically issued within 2-7 business days from receipt of package at our facility. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

For exchanges, a new order will be created once the original item is returned to us and you'll receive an order confirmation email. You'll receive another email when the order ships, which will include a link to track your order.

What do I do if something is out of stock?

You can easily sign up for back in stock notifications directly on a product page and we will email you if your size becomes available.

Please note, many of our styles are produced in a limited quantity and once they are gone, they're gone forever. We may receive additional stock through returns, but this is rare.

We highly recommend signing up for our newsletter, so you're the first to know when a new collections drops and can be the first to shop. We launch four collections a year, each with two drops and we are confident you'll find another style you love!

 
Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations.

 
How should I care for my Kalre products?

Please note specific care instructions can be found on each Kalre garment.

General care instructions for our products are as follows:

- Machine wash cold with like colors, using delicate cycle. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

- Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

- For Bras: We recommend removing the cups, as it helps keep the original shape. Hand wash cups in cold water, lay flat to dry.

- Do not iron

- Do not dry clean
